Refund policy

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our natural soap and skincare products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, EU consumer rights apply as outlined below.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sassydreamer06@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal) As required by EU consumer protection law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason — provided the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used. This is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at sassydreamer06@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) to: Postbus 73, 6650 AB Druten, Nederland.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will have entered processing and can no longer be cancelled.
