2. Acceptance of Terms By visiting our store and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

3. Products Our products are handmade in small batches. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations in color, shape, and scent may occur. These are not defects but a natural characteristic of artisan products.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes (VAT). We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Orders & Contract A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic shipping within the Netherlands is via PostNL (1–3 business days). International orders may take 7–14 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes applicable in their country.

7. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns, EU withdrawal rights, and damaged orders.
