Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands) We ship within the Netherlands via PostNL. Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship internationally to many countries. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in the destination country. Please be aware of the following 2026 EU regulatory updates for parcels valued at €150 or less:

Customs Duty: As of July 1, 2026, the customs duty exemption for low-value parcels has been removed. A temporary flat customs duty of €3 per product category (HS code) now applies to these shipments. For example, if a parcel contains two different types of items (different HS codes), a total of €6 in duties will apply.

Handling Fee: Starting November 1, 2026, an additional €2 handling fee is expected to be applied per parcel to cover customs processing costs.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding these fees.
